2. PERSONALIZED AND CUSTOM PRODUCTS

IDHOM specializes in personalized interior items.

Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for providing accurate information, measurements, and specifications for customization.
Production: Once an order is placed and production begins, no changes can be made to the design or specifications.

3. NO-RETURN & NO-REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of our business—specifically the sale of personalized and custom-made interior items—we strictly enforce a No-Return and No-Refund Policy.

Final Sale: All sales are final. Since each item is crafted specifically to your personal requirements, it cannot be resold or returned to our inventory.
Exceptions: Returns or replacements will only be considered if the item arrives damaged or if there is a manufacturing error on our part. In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@idhom.com with photographic evidence.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site, including images, designs, logos, and text, is the property of IDHOM and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce or use our designs for commercial purposes without written consent.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IDHOM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to use our website. Our maximum liability to you for any product purchased shall be the purchase price of that product.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees. IDHOM is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance for international orders.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which IDHOM is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
