Pursuant to consumer protection guidelines regarding customized goods, please be advised:

Custom Nature: All items sold on this website are classified as Personalized/Custom-Made.
Final Sale: Once an order is confirmed and enters production, it is exempt from the right of withdrawal or return.
No Refunds: We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for changes of mind, buyer’s remorse, or errors in customer-provided specifications.
Exceptions: Claims for items damaged during transit or manufacturing discrepancies must be submitted to info@idhom.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof.
