Thank you for choosing IDHOM. Because we specialize in personalized and custom-made interior items, our shipping process differs from standard “off-the-shelf” retailers. Please review our policy below.

1. PRODUCTION & PROCESSING TIME

Every item at IDHOM is made specifically for you.

  • Processing/Production: Orders typically take [X-X] business days (depending on the item’s complexity) to be manufactured before they are shipped.

  • Production begins only after payment is confirmed and all customization details (measurements, colors, text) are finalized.

2. SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Domestic Shipping (USA): We offer standard and expedited shipping options.

  • International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are the responsibility of the customer.

3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your custom item is crafted and handed over to the carrier, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. DELIVERY DELAYS

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, IDHOM is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL), customs clearance, or extreme weather conditions.

5. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please double-check your shipping address. Because our items are personalized and non-returnable, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the item.

6. DAMAGES DURING TRANSIT

IDHOM is responsible for your order until it is delivered. If your personalized item arrives damaged:

  1. Do not discard the packaging.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@idhom.com.

  3. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the box. Since all items are final sale and non-returnable, we will prioritize a replacement for damaged goods rather than a refund.

7. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

IDHOM is not responsible for packages confirmed as “Delivered” by the carrier but missing from the delivery location. We recommend shipping to a secure location or a business address.
