1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Because our products are personalized, custom-made, and manufactured to your specific requirements, IDHOM does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason other than a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
Once an order is placed and production has begun, it cannot be canceled, changed, or returned. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a non-returnable, final-sale item.
2. ACCURACY OF CUSTOMIZATION
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all measurements, colors, text, and design specifications provided at the time of order are accurate. IDHOM is not responsible for:
Errors in information submitted by the customer.
Customer’s dissatisfaction with the style, color, or size that matches the order specifications.
Items that do not fit in your space if the dimensions match the ordered size.
3. DAMAGES AND MANUFACTURING ERRORS
The only exception to our “No-Return” policy is if the item arrives damaged during transit or if there is a clear manufacturing error (e.g., the wrong text or incorrect dimensions compared to your order).
How to report a problem:
Inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If you notice damage or an error, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
